Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was like a typical Holiday Inn Express experience with larger rooms. Being near an exit meant dealing with cigarette smoke in the evenings, and the property could definitely use a facelift. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and helpful staff that seemed genuinely interested in ensuring guest comfort. The location was convenient for shopping and close to downtown Anchorage; however, it did have some issues with crime and homeless individuals. The dining options were a bit pricey for families, but the food quality was good. The facilities were decent, offering a variety of amenities for guests.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying a huge room with a magnificent 230-degree view of the snow-capped mountains until my third day. The room was decently sized, very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff made sure our room was cleaned and feather-free, although they seemed a bit uninterested and not as professional as expected for a large hotel chain. The location was good, close to stores, restaurants, and the Hilton, but it was a bit of a walk from town, and there were homeless people around the rear of the hotel. The dining experience offered great choices for everyone, but the prices were a bit high, making it more worthwhile to eat outside. The facilities were good, although the experience could have been more polished in certain areas.
The hotel boasts a decent view with mountains and water but also some rooftops. The room amenities include shampoos, mouthwash, soaps, body wash, and shaving cream. However, there was a rubber glove over the shower, so proceed at your own risk.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The bed in the room was the most comfortable I have ever experienced, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Access to the lounge made our anniversary extra special, and having a microwave in the room was a great convenience.
I loved the central location of the hotel, making it easy to reach anywhere in the city. The rooms were cozy and had all the amenities I needed, although they were a bit smaller than expected. The service was friendly and accommodating, ensuring all my requests were handled well. The dining experience had its flaws, with limited evening meal provision, and the prices were a bit high for a family. The hotel facilities were decent, but some areas needed more attention.
